Nikita Bhagat

Nikita Bhagat is a first-generation legal professional with a master’s degree in criminal law and over six years of experience in the legal field. She specializes in data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance, and holds certifications as a Lead Auditor for ISO 27701:2025, Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor for ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management Systems, and Privacy Lead Assessor by DSCI.

In her current role as Senior Manager – Legal & Data Privacy, Nikita independently manages end-to-end project delivery wherein she advises and assists clients on privacy compliance, implementation, and governance. Her work also includes drafting privacy and security policies and procedures, providing regulatory opinions, reviewing legal documents such as agreements and MOUs, and conducting privacy and security audits. She has hands-on experience in carrying out privacy assessments across multiple sectors, bringing a practical and solution-oriented approach to legal and data privacy engagements.
