Nikita Bhagat

Nikita Bhagat a passionate first generation advocate  and an experienced legal researcher with LLM in Criminal Law having 3+ years of experience in the field of law. She worked as a Legal Consultant & inhouse law officer for SHEOWS (NGO). Recently, she has also been certified as a Lead Implementor and Lead Auditor for ISO 27001:2022 Information security Management System and Privacy Lead Assessor by DSCI.

She is currently working as a Senior Manager-Legal in the organisation. She handles legal assignments which includes but are not limited to drafting of Privacy policy, Term of Use, Terms & Conditions, regulatory opinions which also includes reviewing of any legal documents like agreements, MOU’s etc., and conducts Privacy & Security Audits. She is responsible for maintaining client relations and assigning of roles and responsibilities within the team. Further, she works on the matters related to Tech Scam Fraud. She is very spontaneous and has an optimistic personality.
