Jyoti Sagar

Jyoti Sagar, a graduate in both Law and Economics from Delhi University, and a top up from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania in ‘Mergers & Acquisition Programme’, is one of India’s top legal luminary. He founded two of India’s top law firms, Jyoti Sagar Associates (JSA) and K&S Partners who together have over 400 lawyers.

He has extensive experience in intellectual property, technology transfers, foreign investment and joint ventures, along with mergers & acquisitions. He has worked on several policy issues and has been associated with various committees of the Government of India and Chambers of Commerce.

He is currently serving as the Co-Chair – IPR Committee of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
